Speaker of Shura Council Meets President of 73rd session of UN General Assembly

HE Speaker of Shura Council Ahmed bin Abdullah bin Zaid Al Mahmoud met Friday with HE President of the 73rd session of the UN General Assembly Maria Fernanda Espinosa Garces, on the sidelines of a parliamentary hearing, which concludes today at the United Nations.
They discussed ways to enhance bilateral cooperation, in addition to discussing a number of issues of joint interest.
HE the Permanent Representative of Qatar to the United Nations Sheikha Alya bint Ahmed Al-Thani attended the session a long with members of the Shura Council.
