The Shura Council State of Qatar

H.E. Mr. Ahmed Bin Abdulla Bin Zaid Al-Mahmoud Speaker of the Shura Council met today with His Excellency José Arsenio Benzaquen Perea, Ambassador of the Republic of Peru. During the meeting they discussed bilateral relations and ways to support and develop them, especially in the parliamentary area. The meeting also reviewed number of issues of common interest.

The Speaker of the Shura Council also met with His Excellency Mr. Li Chen, Ambassador of the People's Republic of China to Doha on the occasion of the end of his term.

The Meeting reviewed the bilateral relations between the two countries and ways to support and develop them, especially in the parliamentary area.

  His Excellency the Speaker of the Council wished the Ambassador success in the tasks to be entrusted to him and for the relations between the two countries further develop and prosperity. 

Both meetings were attended by number of officials of the Shura Council.
