The Shura Council Participates in an International Parliamentary Meeting on Facing Global Challenges

The Shura Council participated today in a parliamentary meeting on the role of parliaments in overcoming the pandemic and building a better future, held by the International Parliamentary Union via video conference.
Talks during the meeting focused on the best way to continue the economic recovery, and renewing multilateral cooperation in the face of global challenges, including potential pandemics.
The Shura Council was represented by HE Nasser bin Suleiman Al Haider, member of the council.
