Shura Council Participates in Forum of Young Parliamentarians

The Shura Council participated Saturday in the Forum of Young Parliamentarians, within the work of the 143rd Assembly of the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU), currently held in Madrid, Spain.
The Council was represented in the forum by HE Mohammed bin Omar Al Mannai, a member of the Council and a member of the Forum of Young Parliamentarians.
The forum discussed recent developments in global and national youth participation and reviewed current successes and challenges, as well as the IPU efforts in supporting youth participation and activating their role.
