Shura Council Speaker Meets Russia's Federation Council of the Federal Assembly Chairman

HE Speaker of the Shura Council Ahmed bin Abdullah bin Zaid Al Mahmoud met on Sunday with HE Chairman of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Valentina Matviyenko, on the sidelines of the 130th IPU anniversary.
During the meeting they reviewed the bilateral relations between the Shura Council and the Russia's Federation Council of the Federal Assembly and the ways to boost and develop them. They also discussed a number of issues of common concern.
The meeting was attended by a number of Shura Council members and HE Permanent Representative of Qatar to the UN in Geneva Ambassador Ali Khalfan Al Mansouri.
